 Steve just wanted to say thanks so much  to Jamie in service for taking such great care of my wife's Jeep Liberty????????? My wife and I have bought many vehicles from you guys and she swears by you guys. The last car my wife bought was the Jeep it was her friends Shelly's demo and she loves it?????????.  Myself I truly think Jamie is the reason why we keep coming back any time we call he always has an answer and we feel we are never getting screwed over. Last week she brought her truck in and Jamie took great care of her. THANKS JAMIE J

City staff to get 'mobile offices'

They have smaller offices, but they're getting bigger vehicles.

City council on Monday approved the purchase of 12 Dodge Journey crossovers from Provincial Chrysler at a cost (including taxes) of $224,892.60.

The vehicles are a size upgrade from the current fleet of cars used by Windsor's compliance and enforcement staff.

Those officers, relocated from the 400 Building to smaller digs at 350 City Hall, are getting roomier vehicles so they can be used as "mobile offices," according to a staff report.

"It's basically a laptop within a vehicle," city fleet manager Angela Marazita said in response to a question by Coun. Jo-Anne Gignac.

Provincial Chrysler's lowest bid for the Mexican-built Journeys beat out four other competitors, including next-lowest Windsor Chrysler which bid just over $229,000.

Marcus went above and beyond his duties and took the time to educate me on every aspect of the vehicle, as well as set up my phone for incoming and outgoing calls and pre-set my radio stations!! He even made arrangements for my Pontiac G5 to have some work completed before it was to be sent back to General Motors, at my expense of course. Additionally, James went through all of the financial issues which made me very comfortable in purchasing my vehicle through your organization. His patience and knowledge was very beneficial and helpful in my decision making.
And, when it was discovered that my new vehicle had marks and streaks all over the body they made the necessary arrangements to take care of the problem immediately and set me up with a vehicle.  From the beginning of my experience dealing with Provincial Chrysler I have been thoroughly satisfied and extremely happy with the service that I have been given.
I realize that I may have been shown some favoritism, because my Mom is an employee, but if all customers are treated in the same fashion as I have been then you should have a very lucrative and extremely successful business in the future.
You should be very proud of your professional and courteous staff that represent Provincial Chrysler and the excellent customer service that they offer. And, I wil highly recommend your business to all of my friends, work associates and family.

I was calling customer Heather Mason for her maintenance service.

She Sstated in our conversation how much she truly appreciates the excellent customer service she recieves from everyone here at Provincial Chrysler. She stated she has had nothing but a positive experiance from her dealings here from the Service Department, the body shop, Gregg Nantais in paticular to all the girls who call to remind her about the maintenance services. She stated that  she enjoys the positive service and experiance she recieves when she brings her vehicle in.

Ladies & Gentlemen, I wanted to drop you a line to relate to you how happy our family is with the purchase of our Dodge Journey. We delivered this fine unit to our daughter on Friday night and she overwhelmed with how nice this vehicle is and with the birth of her first baby, our first grandchild, due in May, it was important for us to find that "right" vehicle. The Dodge Journey really does fit into the lifestyle of the young family, with its many amenities geared towards a family friendly fit, it is perfect. I wanted to personally express how painless this purchase was at your dealership. My daughter had gone to 2 Ford dealerships, the GM dealer and a competitor in the Chrysler/Dodge line and came home in tears. She stated the dealers only wanted to take advantage of her and made her feel as if her opinion did not matter as they tried to sell her something she did not want. It was at this time she handed the task over to me to find her that perfect vehicle and at the best deal possible. Your dealership did not disappoint me at any time and made the purchase easy, painless and a friendly experience. My only regret is that my daughter was not with me to prove to her that there are compassionate sales people who listen and work hard to put together the best deal possible. As a side note we have two relatives that own dealerships in the city of Windsor and Amherstburg that could not only touch the deal you presented or the staff that was a friendly and committed to their craft. Rest assured that if anyone that I come into contact with should desire a Chrysler/Dodge product, or is looking for a premium used vehicle, I will send them your way with a glowing representation of your dealership and its staff.
